Brazil – A divided society

On 26 October 2014 Brazilians will elect their next president. Vanessa Boanada Fuchs, Project Manager at the Centro Latinoamericano-Suizo de la Universidad de San Gallen, comments on the political and the post-political in the Brazilian presidential elections.

Experiencing textile history

On 22 October 2014, President Thomas Bieger and guests inaugurated three renovated rooms in the HSG’s Kirchhoferhaus. The rooms were furnished by the St.Gallen textile company Jakob Schlaepfer. This cooperation venture came into being in the context of the Textilland Ostschweiz initiative.

In the second part of the interview series for the Art@Tell-Edition 2/2014 artists Lewis Davidson, Allyson Glenn and Sarawut Chutiwongpeti speak about national identity, sculptural paintings and the artist's role. (Part 2 of 2)
